Campus Tour Familiarizes Students with New Academic Environment

To help students become more familiar with their new school environment, the Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College (OLOPSC) conducted a Campus Tour for Grade 7 students and transferees on June 19.
The tour began with members of the Junior High School Students' Organization (JHSSO) serving as student guides, while Grade 7 teachers accompanied and assisted participants throughout the activity. Together, they introduced students to the school's facilities and services to help them confidently navigate the campus.
During the tour, students visited the Gymnasium, Registration Office, Guidance Office, Clinic, Computer Laboratories, and Drafting Rooms. They also explored the Cooking and Sewing Laboratories, Learning Resource Center (LRC), Audio-Visual Room (AVR), and the Science Laboratories.
"The campus tour helped me familiarize myself with the new environment and provided us with detailed information about what to expect in the facilities. It also encouraged me to look forward to going to school every day," shared Yanna Dela Cruz, a Grade 7 student.
Another participant, Anikka Bautista, expressed how the activity increased her confidence in navigating the campus.
"The Campus Tour has helped me explore the Junior High School campus so that whenever I need to go somewhere, I won't need to ask teachers and can confidently find my way on my own."
The Campus Tour provided Grade 7 students and transferees with essential knowledge about the school's facilities, services, and learning spaces. As one of the department's orientation activities, it helped students begin the academic year feeling informed, welcomed, and prepared for their Junior High School journey.
