OLOPS College, a namesake of the Virgin Mother, prides itself in its commitment to build peoples' lives. Admission starts at the Registrar's ofiice. It is conveniently situated at the school's doorsteps from the main gate. It is manned by knowledgeable, polite, accomodating and caring personnel and staff. Requirements are reasonable, testing fee is affordable, forms are easy to fill-out and procedure is organized and systematic.

The acceptance of an enrollee is an assurance that the students will be transformed into virtuous, competent, productive and a responsible citizens of the world.

 

   
Application Requirements
    Preschool
   
Nursery: 3 years to 3 & 11 months old by June
Kinder: 4 years to 4 years & 11 months old by June
Prep: 5 years to 5 years & 11 months old by June

Credentials:

- Photocopies of Birth & Baptismal Certificates (original copies to be presented).
        Grade School
       
6 years old by June (for Grade One only)

Credentials:

- Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate (original copies to be presented)
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
- Photocopy of Latest Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character or Letter of Recommendation from the Principal

    High School
   
Credentials:

- Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate (original copies to be presented)
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
- Photocopy of Latest Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character or Letter of Recommendation from the Principal
        College (Freshmen)

Credentials:

- Photocopies of Birth & Baptismal Certificates (original copies to be presented)
- Photocopy of Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal
- Two (2) 2x2 colored ID picture
    College (Transferee)

Credentials:

- Photocopies of Birth & Baptismal Certificates (original copies to be presented)
- Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credential
- Certification of Grades
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended
- Two (2) 2x2 colored ID picture
       
Foreign Applicants
       
Credentials:

- Photocopies of Birth & Baptismal Certificates (original copies to be presented)
- Study permit and Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) Number
- Photocopy of latest Report Card and/or Translation of Grades


 
 



Application Procedure

- Submit required credentials and secure application form from the Registrar’s Office
- Fill-out the application form
- Pay the testing fee of Php 150.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- Secure test permit
- Bring test permit on the date of the exams

 


Guidelines for Examinees


- Examination Time:

. Preschoolers to Grade 1 8:00am to 10:00am
. Grades 4- High School 8:00am to 11:30am


- Be at the waiting area (Cashier’s Lobby) at least 15 minutes before the examination
. -- where you will be fetched by the proctor.

- Present test permit to the proctor before the start of the exam. Test Permit will be returned after the
. examination with the date of the release of test result.

- Follow instructions to be given by the proctor .
. Release date for the test result is indicated in the test permit.

- Present test permit at the Registrar’s Office to claim test result.



Entrance examination is on February 18, 2012.
